How do I pay for the service?

We recommend paying online. This way you can track the status of your airbag module reset or odometer and the package once it ships.

What is the "Repair & Return" meaning? 

Repair and Return service means that you send your unit to our location, we reset/repair/reprogram, then we send it back to you.

What do I have to include in the box? 

When shipping your (ICP) Instrument Cluster Panel or Airbag SRS Module to us for odometer mileage correction/reprogramming or crash reset/repair, we ask you to fill out our disclaimer form, which you can DOWNLOAD HERE.We also need your contact information (name and phone number)

What is the TURNAROUND time?

We are proud to offer a 24 HOUR TURNAROUND on all of our repairs and are strongly committed to it. This means if we receive your package on Monday, it will go out by Tuesday. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays. Expect delays if you have not paid for the service online, paid the wrong amount or did not include the required information in the box.

I'm lost, what is the step-by-step process please.

1 - Browse for your service (Odometer Correction Service or Airbag Module Reset).

2 - Click in the Manufacturer image (Toyota, Nissan, Ford, etc) or look for your service using the search tool.

3 - Click "Add to cart" and then Checkout.

4 - Fill out the form with your shipping and billing information as requested on the page. 

5 - Your payment is complete. 

6 - Now, download, print and fill out the Disclaimer Form for Odometer Correction. Is not needed for the Airbag Module Reset service.

What shipping method do you use?

We use UPS Ground 1-5 days on all returns.

Do you offer Next Day Shipping?

We do, but it has to be paid by the customer.
